All styles are sold in pre-packs. (1 sm, 2 med, 2 lrg, 1 xlrg). Our min. order request is $500. Since you are buying for different delivery dates you will see that this number adds up quite quickly.

PLACING AN ORDER
There are 5 Easy ways to place your orders:

1. Register as a member. Then login and order online.
2. Download an order form from our website and fax it to us 323-277-0502.
3. E-mail us your order at sales@eyedeye.com
4. Call us at 323-277-0500 Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00 PST. Please ask for Omar.
5. Visit our showrooms. Click here for hours and locations.

PAYMENT
Choose your method of payment:

1. Visa, MasterCard and American Express

2. C. O. D. For new customers approving credit takes 1-2 weeks, if you need immediate delivery, goods will be sent C. 0. D. by Money order or Cashiers check.

3. (Net 30) Qualified customers who have established a net 30 days account with us have the option of paying within 30 days of invoice date. If you wish to apply for this option, please contact us for an application form.

SHIPPING
Most of our merchandise is shipped FedEx, or as per your specification. Freight charges, handling, and taxes will be applied. Items in stock are shipped generally within 48 hours after credit or payment has been processed. Items out of stock at the time of your order will be back ordered and can generally be filled within 6 weeks. Please make sure you include start and completion dates.

RETURNS
We want you and your customers to be happy with their purchase. If merchandise is defective you may return it by getting authorization to return within 5 days of receiving merchandise. All requests for returns must be done by fax. 323-277-0502. Attention Celia.
